Not very clear but this Little Owl (at least that's what we think it is) came and parked itself on the caravan next to ours at about the same time every night last week. The grandchildren were very excited - it actually grabbed their attention away from the goggle box.!Attached FilesLast edited by Sanjo; 05-06-2011, 08:37 PM.

I found this swimming in one of my makeshift water butts aka a bucket of water the other day. Picked it up out of the water and popped it in the shade of my aphid infested blackcurrant bush. Hopefully once it dried off a bit it had a snack.

Waiting for Summer?

Found this in my wildlife pond the other day. It's my first 'proper' wildlife in there (that isn't daphnea, mosquito larvae, or bloodworms). The pond has been in since the end of last year, so it's taken a while but I've now got a Great Pond Snail in residence. And that's not just what I'm calling it because it's my first pondlife, it's really called that.Attached FilesSpatially-Challenged Gardening
