That's what he is...that's a shame they only live a few days, you wonder what it's purpose is don't you? Don't think I've ever seen one, so that's my something learned today.

Disturbed this moth from the lavender when I was grass cutting this morning. Its ginger head made it strikingly visible among the bumbles
