  • Pigeon looks like a Collared Dove.
    Still a pain though.
    Good pictures - the Starling in flight is great.

      • Two 'ladies' visiting my back garden yesterday (apologies for quality of photo - taken through bedroom window) ....... I think they're pheasants....... a very large, colourful male was strutting his feathers over my onion bed earlier today, until Toby dog saw him off!

              • The curlews arrived couple of weeks ago, and today.....

                Saw and heard my first swallow of the year , it seems to have beaten the cuckoo though.

                      • Its only one of those plastic drainer mat things rolled up and cable tied to the post of the canopy over the patio doors. I can watch the birds coming and going all day from the kitchen.
