flipping heck- there were hundreds of them flying around the outside of our windows yesterda evening- and I've just found 10 drowned one's in the geese's paddling pool!

I had big problems with leather jackets earlier on in the year Nicos, they were all under the moss in the garden...yuk. I've had a few Daddylonglegs flying around but nothing like I had last year, thank goodness.Comment

Oh my goodness, there are thounsands of the wretched things here in Essex! I counted 25 of them on my kitchen window last night clamouring to get in....and they're SO QUICK! My family are under strict instructions not to linger more than a 'nano-second' coming in or out because the long legged beasties are in like a shot
Incidentally, I bought one of those battery powered zapper things from the £1 shop and it's better than the telly!..good exercise as well
