Is there any wild life?

This cold weather is hopefully in the past. I have seen one ladybird, but no slugs. I only have a paved yard with tubs and pots, maybe I will stay slug free?

I was picking the mushrooms out of a raised bed and found a "squishy" one. Sooo I squealed like a girl and launched it. Um... I think I started a slug air corps

Will wear gloves next time.

Keep a look out for them FG, the beggers are still lurking.

No slugs yet but did find my first frog last weekend.

There was an enormous white tailed bumble bee in the GH yesterday - maybe a queen coming out of hibernation?. I left the door open for her to greet the world

lifted up some cardboard this morning and saw 1st slow worm of the spring.

Over the last four nights I have found 59, 54, 9 and 8 slugs. Ants are now active and had Buff-tailed Bumble Bee searching for nest holes in the garden on Sunday
