  • What is this yellow flower?

    Hi

    https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...type=1&theater

It is growing on a building site, a large clump of yellow flowers growing out from the center.
Might transfer it to my flower bed.

    Thanks

Just like a young broom (good suggestion ) but more floppy.
All member of the legume family, I think.

I was going to say birds foot trefoil as well, but I can't see any leaves to be certain.

It does look very similar, it is all yellow, and the location is right, but not too sure. This one was shaped a little like a small weeping willow, rather than reaching up. Perhaps it was just dry, I will have another look and take another pic.

Looks like bft to me too. It was one of the first thing to grow on our building site.

A wild flower, but would it make a good plant for a flower bed?

If you like it - Yes!!
I have it growing through some other flowers - like bluebells and three cornered leek.
