Robin nesting box

I've just knocked up a robin nesting box from some oak off-cuts, never againg, it's like drilling and screwing screws into concrete! They'll have marine ply like the other birds.

Rub the screws on a wax candle (tallow is even better but not so easy to find),it helps lubricate the threads while tightening the screws up

I've just nailed up some of the OH's old boots on the shed and balanced an old tin bucket in the hedge.......
