Would the former eat the bulbs of the latter??!
We dug up quite a number of bluebell bulbs from a bed we are renewing and planted them down the bottom of the garden in a partly shady spot (thinking being that bluebells like woodland so part shade would be fine).
Got home tonight and half of them seem to have been dug up and have vanished! We get squirrels in the garden, plenty of birds and the occasional hedgehog. So I'm blaming the bushy-tailed rats with good PR.
