Clematis and honey suckle

Hi this is my third year for the clematis and second for the honey suckle. They are both planted in a large old sink with a trellis. They look fine, lots of leaves and they are green but no flowers, never had any. Is there something I'm doing/not doing? Thankyou.

Do you know what type of clematis it is? The main flowering time is now to September but some are earlier or later. Also has either be pruned as wrong timing might mean you are cutting off developing flowers. You could try a high potash (tomato) feed might help.

I don't know what type it is unfortunately. Any advice on pruning would be greatly appreciated! I'm a novice! 🌻

We won't be able to give you advice on pruning your clematis until it flowers because the timing of flowering indicates what type it is! Do you have a name for it?

are they growing in the shade? that might affect flowering. Some plants need more sun than others. My passiflora, for example, only has flowers at the top of the fence, where it gets sun
