Wild Corner Seed Suggestion Please

I have a corner of my Potting Shed Garden that largely, is infested with ivy, more's the pity, but I think I may be able to add some compost on top, and broadcast some seeds to attract more wildlife. I'm keen to be able to use the flowers/petals/herbs that this area can sustain with little attention to add to salads to make them look/taste nice.

Any ideas please?

Sling a couple of packets of viola seeds down, they will come back year after year & the flowers are edible so win - win

Climbing Nasturtiums will climb up the ivy and attract the bees.
