Jings Birdie Wife, what's Deshar doing out there in the North Atlantic. He looks as if he is turning. I do hope he will get back on course. I'll be frightened to look tomorrow.

Sometimes it happens that an osprey fledgling will just go the wrong way and not realise in time... sometimes they make it back though - they can go surprisingly far in a short time given the right wind conditions - crossing fingers for Deshar he makes it back, but the last date for data coming back was 30th September so it's not looking hopeful. He missed the Azores by not far
