Damn I wish our council were generous like that, whether you put it in the recyling boxes or take it the tip you get nothing in return. In fact we cant even get a replacement wheelie bin to replace one we had nicked, so as a family of 9 we have to make do with 2 bins ( I am wainting for a council letter telling us off for using other peeps bins.)
