Bulk order multi-purpose compost price thread

This time of year I'm on the lookout for inexpensive MPC as I mix it with some sharp sand and spread it over the front lawn which I try to keep in reasonable condition. Any spare is used for seed sowing etc in the spring.

Last year I got 4 70L bags for £10 or £12 (can't remember) from Wickes, but they don't seem to be doing that offer this year when I looked online. The local GC are doing 3 70L bags of Levingtons MPC for £10. Anyone see any better deals?

My local Lidl is selling 40 litre bags for £1.49 each. Don't know if this is national or just stock they need to shift!
