Leicester - Top soil and bulk purchase of bark

Can anyone recommend a good (cheap) supplier of bulk bags of bark and top soil?

we get free bark chippings from local groundsmen, who are happy to drop them off rather than drive across town to the dump

not around here,we asked some,and they want MONEY, but since then,we found out the city council tip it out side our lotties,you have to get it when it's there,and leaves to store all free
