Hi Sunbeam! I'll let you into my secret too - I'm in my PJs when I'm checking over my back garden! Hopefully not too many neighbours are looking! I've also been known (in the past) to take Dexter out for walkies in my PJs as well. Ha ha! dexterdog

I once needed to aerate the lawn but I had a bad back. Instead of struggling lifting the gardening fork etc, I put on an old pair of high heels and walked around the lawn carefully.

It might have looked weird, but it worked well.

              High heels!

I hope you were wearing the appropriate evening dress &'up-do'!!! Show the neighbours that us gardeners are not all filthy, grubby-nailed, well boot clad individuals (or is that just me!!?? )

Thats why I've got my lottie divided into 4'0" beds, I can turn around after a short digging session and feel I have achieved something!

Bet his soil had plenty of water retention though!
