Gardeners World Veg growing 1 hours special

I think its mainly aimed at those people fortunate enough to have 40 yard long borders as a disproportionate amount of the programmes are spent on these. The veg is getting better but still not enough now that veg seeds outsell flower seeds once more.

I think the main problem is that Berryfields doesn't belong to the presenter & therefore isn't treated as a real garden. I like Monty & used to love the 'Fork to Fork' programme he did years ago with his wife but don't think his heart is really in Gardeners' World. Alan was brilliant at the job as he always kept control over what was done in his garden & presented with a twinkle in his eye & a good sense of humour. The veg. section on the programme now seems to be swapped & changed & nothing really followed up on properly.

So... who on this site has a sufficiently large garden, is prepared to have a filming crew in it at least once a week, has the time to deal with said film crew, and is prepared to turn their garden into a hodge podge of 'garden rooms' each separated by dinky fences or hedges.

Oh yes, you will be expected to appear on TV and sound knowledgeable on any subject under the sun, make 'appearences' at all sorts of events and I doubt the pay is good.....
