oh and...i bought a second-hand copy of her retro classic about Quick Return composting yesterday, and am intrigued to know if any of you grapes have ever tried a bought/homemade version of her plant-based accelerator...is the mixture she recommends the basis of e.g. Garotta? And does it make a real difference to speed?
