there are probably none of you on here as like me you'll all be running around in the sun, frantically trying to catch up on 3 months of gardening...but if anyone is, I need to empty compost bin 2 as no.1 is full, but have nowhere to put the composty contents except on my vegetable bed/in my pots. I've read conflicitng advice - DO mulch in late winter (which I suppose this is) or DON'T mulch when the soil is (still cold). Grapes, quickly, WHAT SHALL I DO?
