How old is the horse manure? If it is fresh it will need to rot down before you can really use it. It could stay in the bags, or you could build a heap. If it is fairly well rotted, you could clear an area of your plot and top dress with the manure. Through the winter the worms etc will incorporate into the soil for you. You could dig a trench (for example, where you intend to grow beans, put the manure in the bottom and backfill with soil. The possibilities are endless.

As Rusty said, many possibilities. With all the clearing that you are doing I would opt for a compost heap incorporating the manure. Plus, of course, urine for added value.

Hi flowerpot, equipoo is good for mixing with the contents of your compost heap/bin. I was told to add a little lime if using the stuff to keep the acid level down. When I was a kid in the city, people would rush out when a horse went past to see if it had left anything in the road, this would be scooped up to fertilise the rose tubs (used fresh).
I you'st to have a handle on the world .. but it BROKE!!
