It really irritates me to travel 8 miles thru traffic for a wasted trip. Grrrr!

No fruit bushes at mine (Lincoln) but they had fruit tress and ornamentals. I was really pleased to get a 5 foot Cherry Stella for £3.99 and was seriously tempted by the pear and apple but I don't really have room!

They had absolutely nothing, I must be going to the useless wrong town if you're able to get something in Lincoln and that's as north as I am. Or that I didn't get in as soon as the shop opened. Do they get snapped up that quickly?

I know Wilko and Woolworth does one in Spring and I remember Woolworth (sorry other town not my nearest usual town) had one in November last year. Just as well I ordered online.

Hmm - I put in my post code and it said 'this post code could not be processed - please change details' - I guess that mean - move house!

I've signed up for Lidl special offers sent to my email address, but they don't feature any gardening stuff at all at the moment, just car stuff and ladies underwear. I suppose it might be worth paying a visit on spec but it's quite a way from my house.

Hi Rustylady, they don't always have the gardening offers on the emails they send out or even on the website as most of them seem to start on Saturdays & they only list the offers for Mondays & Thursdays usually. I usually find out about them from the leaflet which comes through our door from the local Lidl which is why I'm not sure they're always available all round the country. There not always in our store either which is a bit annoying but at least I don't have to travel far it's only a mile or so down the road.
