Hi,
I'm looking to do something very similar...
How did you join the scaffold boards ? Did you use 'proper' brackets, or just screws/nails ?
Have you fixed them down, or are they just sitting on the ground ?
and finally... did you just saw them to length ? Any issues with 'raggy' bits where you cut them ?

i had 6 15 ft lengths and made 3 7ftx4ft beds i just screwed them together and they are sitting on the ground very easy to makemy plot march 2013http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SvzqRS0_hbQ
