Hello everyone,

Slightly changing subject, I have a medium size pond in the back-garden, during summer months the filters need cleaning of the pond sludge on a weekly basis, heard a rumour that this sludge is excellent for your soil, anyone else heard this?

I should think the slime would be fine in the compost heap - bit smelly just to bung on the soil!
