Morrisons have Tree Peonies for £5 in 13cm pots.

There was both Red and Orange flowering available and they look grafted in some way but were showing fresh new growth on top and roots starting to poke out the drainage holes at the bottom so I snagged a red one.

As the local garden centre were selling only slightly larger ones for £18 I think I got a bargain.

My local Morrissonnnnss have been selling thier own 70Ltr bags of Compost at 3 for £9.00
It's actually good stuff, looks like it's sat and 'matured' a while. It has the occasional piece of plastic like so many bags of compost these days, but is very decent quality. So thats 210Lts for £9.00 = 43pence per Litre!
They also sell 40L bags of the same stuff for those that struggle with weight and volume, these are currently more often in stock than the big bags but I don't know the price off the top of my head. I suspect the stock will soon disappear now.

I think you mean 4.3 pence per litre.

I go to my local Morrisons and pay for the 3 bags them take my receipt to the customer service and they get someone to get the compost and put it in my car, I can't lift them!. Good service! Shame they don't come home with me and do some digging!
