On my delivery note it said 2 x 10 tubers but there was only one pack inside. Jackie, did your 3 packs all come together in one box? Mine were delivered by post

Would it be cheeky to phone/email them and ask them where the other pack is? (given that they were free in the first place).

I called Fothergills today to ask them about my missing bag of spuds (2 ordered one received). I felt really cheeky, but it was worth a try.

It turns out that this was an error and the offer should never have gone online - the offer was SUPPOSED to be that you got the 10 free tubers if you ordered 15kg of seed potatoes. The girl was mortified, especially when I told her how many of us had ordered - I think we all scored.

PS I'm not getting my other bag of spuds!

Well, it got me to order some seeds along with the potatoes, and I'm sure others have done the same. I don't think this mistake is going to put the company under.
