I have been told that urine is a miracle worker for the composter any advise please from this Forum

Urine is a good activator as long as the heap stays reasonably dry. I read somewhere that male urine works better than female urine, something to do with the hormones (again).;-)

Hi Kieran,
Yes it's full of Nitrogen in the form of Ammonia (I think). The reason men's works better is cos we are so busy we don't have time to drink, so as we're de-hydrated it tends to be more concentrated, where as women sit around all day drinking ....... off to make a cuppa now
