How are everyones "free Thomson and Morgan" spuds doing??
I must have planted mine in containers about the end of April and they have now been in flower for about a week, together with two bags of seed potatoes I bought for 50p a piece at Wyevale.
Is it after 9 or 14 weeks they are normally ready for digging??

Well I dug (or should I say removed from the containers) about 2lbs of spuds which should go well with a salad. From memory I had planted 3 seed potatoes in the bag.
How is everyone elses going who got the freebies??

I tried this offer but got 'product not found' from the link. Obviously didn't catch on quickly enough!

Had a decent crop from the free spud sets - together with others I bought at Wyevale for 50pence a bag. Was thinking of trying planting some for Christmas as advertised by, was it Gardening Direct or Thomson and Morgan??
