Ordered 2 Guardman Hay Racks (wall troughs) on Monday 11th May at 15.20 - they arrived today 13th May at 1 p.m. Great service. Being 85 miles norh of Glasgow firms seem to think Argyll is at the end of the world and I've lost count of how many times I've been asked if Oban is on an island No I say but they still want to charge a bloody arm and a leg for delivery but heres the good news delivery charge with Charlies Direct £4.95 usng City Link and AJG Parcels - will be using them more often.

Its always good to hear that some companies will still offer an excellent service at a standard price to even some of the more remote parts of the country - AND on a timely and efficient basis.
