There is a free 50p mobile credit promo running at the mo thru 'til end Oct 09.
Dr Pepper, Sprite, Fanta 500ml/330ml sizes of bottle/can.
Look for promotional labels - for full credits go thru internet or you'll lose cost of a text message (I'm so tight-fisted!). They say it takes up to 48hrs to apply - but ours have been credited almost immediately.
Best deal would be bogof but most supermarkets are doing 2 500ml bottles for £1.60 at the moment. Depends if you think 30p per bottle is worth it - I do.

Particularly useful if you have to buy smaller drink sizes for lunch boxes etc and especially so if you have teenagers constantly asking for a sub to top up their mobiles!
Downside - only 8 applications per number (£4) and one per day - but better that than a pointy stick jabbing at your eye! No reason why you shouldn't acquire a couple of extra sims - which is what I intend to do with our Asda Mobiles.
