  • Washing Machine Bell Cloches

I have for many years "Collected" old washing machines and used the parts for various model engineering projects. The clear Bowls from the Washing Machines make ideal mini cloches. They also have the holes around the side for pegging down!

Good blogs Benacre. Thanks for letting us see them. Do the Muntjac eat everything. When I had the roe deer in my garden the bandits devoured everything they could get their lovely lips on.

From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs.

Hi Benacre, thought you must be from this neck of the woods by the name! You must have plenty of space if you can collect old washing machines - I have enough problems with pots, tools, bikes etc. Excellent idea for the doorglass, though. When I took over my allotment last year it was really overgrown, with shoulder high brambles and docks and when we finally got to the "shed" there was a muntjac deer living in there. Haven't seen it since, though I know they've been seen along the new relief road

you can also use the drums for a brazier, they dont go rusty and look quite cool.
