I got a lovely pack of 3 pairs of gardening gloves from Woolworths last week for £1.99 . They are only cotton with rubberised palms but fit my small hands fine & are in lovely bright colours so you can't put them down in the garden & lose them (well in theory anyway!)

I managed to get some of these from my local garden centre last year - am pretty sure they were more than that though! With my fingers, have got it sorted - my thermal gloves with a pair of strong marigold gloves on top - it worked a treat on saturday in the pouring rain for 3 hours! LOL DexterdogBernie aka DDL

Primark have some really thin knitted gloves for about £1 for two pairs. Perfect for wearing under marigolds or gardening gloves to keep those poor little fingers warm Its the only reason I go back to the UK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1Gardening requires a lot of water - most of it in the form of perspiration.
