Umm..... not a lot!

I use Graze occasionally if I know sufficiently in advance I will have 'one of those days' where dawn and dust are too near even at mid-summer!

It does what it says - give you something light to graze on - personally I find that once I start to graze I don't stop for that day so as a diet option it is hopeless! As a selection of interesting bits to keep you going between a notional breakfast and a non-existent supper it has its uses.
