What does one have to do to procure said seeds?

After the 1 March

you just go to the dig in web page and order them online

or you can pick them up from the van if you are lucky enough for it to visit your area

they had to reorder last year as they ran out, hopefully this year they may have more this time

Well, 0/10 for the BBC on this one, for not updating their website . I'll have to keep trying, but can't glue myself here all day....
