15 apple trees? - what in your garden?!
No but just over my hedgerow in the castle orchard - my daughter rides for the owner who has told us to take the lot. We also have three next door as well as three down the lane. I have only just finished stripping their plum tree.
We have planted up some trees to create an orchard area of our own but with access to so many apples I am thinking maybe nut trees instead.
Seriously if you want some apples...

No Chris, I was referring to the Hedgerow one, but combined with the Mushroom one it caters for most things

I bought this book last year and really enjoy it - it's a nice read as well as obviously being a good recipe book.

Since the other RC titles were mentioned I thought I'd chip in with another three:

RC Preserves - I cannot live without this book - mine is stained with jam, covered in notes - love it. Combined with the Hedgerow book (which contains recipes as well as foraging tips) it's even better.

RC Bread - I think this is a good book if you can eat bread (I can't any more so it isn't so useful!). I tried making sour dough yeast but it started smelling flamable and since I was out all day I stopped it, just in case.

RC Veg Patch - not a bible but certainly a solid contributor to my veg book library.

I love my Hedgerow book too, though that's been mentioned. I'm interested to see what the upcoming Herbs one is like too. They're all nice looking books too - look good on a shelf and feel nice to use!
