On the back of your recommendations, I sat last night and watched hours of Seans allotment garden.
Just superb!! He really should have his own TV series, his whole style of communication is so watchable, plus I've learnt so many tips. I just love his allotment, the cat, the shed, the neighbours, everything about it!! Will definitely be watching every week from now on.
Wooooo!!!! I got some serious watching to do, might even eat into my time of watching Eastender and Corrie, I'm dead excited to seeing what happening next on Corrie (sarcastic voice). I am forced to watch these, I'm not actually tied to a chair, oh no that would be easy, they are just casually played in the background and I will glance over and before you know it BOOM!!!? You've watched 15 bloody minutes and your hooked...... I think most of the paragraph was a bit inappropriate, sorry.
Please don't tap the glass
2013, first year of trying to grow food for the table, any advice certainly welcomed.
How on earth does this guy on Learn How To Garden not get thousands of views?
I mean honestly RickVanMan is a great guy with good videos but how do his allotment videos get thousands more views than Mark?
Marks videos are brilliantly produced and more informative than Gardeners World has ever ever been!
I agree TT, but I think the Rick has been a regular on YouTube for quite a while now and posts on several different topics, and a lot of his subscribers watch all of his videos, even if they didn't join his channel for the topic being shown on that particular video.
Mark, on the other hand, has quite a niche audience of GYO'ers but he does make very watchable and informative videos.

I also think with rick there is an element of comedy the children's paddling pool as a raised bed got a few negative comments but his veg that he has grown in it has been spot on
I also thought he faff scale was comedy genius
