Where to get a flame gun?

Does anyone know where (appart from on the internet) I can go and buy a Parasene semi-professional weed wand?

I want to have a look at it before I comit but I think this may finally sway the weed war in my favour

B&Q only seem to do the little ones I need a big one that you can attach the big gas bottle to a trolly, OH says I will set myself on fire its proving very difficult to assure him I'm not a complete idiot, but I am a little accident prone.

I thought you could just use some sort of connector and do that to the normal ones?

I can think of loads of on-line places to get them, but nowhere you can actually go and touch one!

Erm... don't want to put you off, but I'm not terribly impressed with mine. Dad bought me one for my birthday after I'd said I wanted one (also fed up with the weeds!) It might be better used in an area where you really want it for occasional spot weeds, but with a brick-paved patio measuring approximately 12' x 40' it's not ideal. Just something to think about.
On the funnier side, I did almost set fire to our big 5-bar gate last year; I was attacking a weed almost under the open gate, but the aubretia behind it caught and there were definite flames coming up the gate, with me grabbing my shoe off my foot to beat them down!! (then glancing around quickly to make sure nobody saw my incompetence!!)

the Parafin ones are OK as well ELmo. Just remember you don't need to actually burn the weeds just pass the flame over them and it ruptures it internal cell walls - this kills them off.

I am told that Mares tail will die to the roots if you just burn it till it crackles (the cells breaking) then the acid gets taken back it the plant.
