all purpose potting compost vs peat-free compost?

Will maybe give new horizons a go then? We do want to use peat free otherwise we wouldnt have tried it, but a bad experience does tend to taint things a bit, especially when so much work was put into raising the plants wateringand feeding them. Long term hope is to get own compo going. Think maybe do a comparison with peat free and peat based this year and see what the results are within the same plants.
