been making multiple seed orders, not sure if I am ordering many duplicates due to unending vouchers and offers .. any grapes has the template to track the seed list ..

Sorry what seed list do you mean? Write a list on a notepad?

I have my allotment plan and seed list on Excel, so check on there before I buy any more, and make sure I keep the list up to date!

Does what you've ordered show in your email? Do they email the order details? Or you could try looking at your computer history maybe it will show what you ordered/looked at? Duplicates are nice though.
