cheap strawberry plants

Don t know whether this is national but Lidl in Winton, Bournemouth has strawberry plants for £1.49 for 6. Strong plants too.They are in the corridor between the car park & the shop.

I saw these advertised too, but I thought they were 6 for £2.99, still great value if they were healthy plants.

Good choice of varieties : Ostara, Elsanta, Sonata, and Korona.
Available from Thurs 3rd March 2016 to 9th March, did anyone get any?

I was tempted but I've already got plenty from propagating new plants from runners.

We got 2 boxes of Elsanta @ £2.99 each.
Very healthy plants that stay outside all day but taking them inside at night at the moment
