Thanks for all the tips. Never heard of yellow basilicon ointment before but had a look and you can get it online. Magnesium sulphate is easy to get though. Just going to go have a pick at it with a needle and see if I can the tip to show and grab it with tweezers. Amazing how painful these little things can be isn't it?!
