Well, the last week or so has been lovely and sunny. A little chill in the air at times as the wind is coming north easterly and i m living on the coast, but aside from that, its been really lovely and sunny, especially after the long cold and miserable winter.

After the long dry spell and the ground like a rock, it started raining yesterday evening and its still raining now (a day and a half later)
There is a a green space behind my house and it is already flooded.
Think its the end of the dry spell in my neck of the woods for the moment anyway.

Rain, rain and more rain here since Sunday morning. Dull, grey and misty. The only up side is the temp. Its still high with no feeling of frost at the moment.

Well today was even worse with sheets of rain driven by gusts of wind. This has to be the wettest day so far.

Rain, hail, snow, thunder and lightening here last night.
Thunder storm lasted for about 10 hours and brought a blanket of snow along with it.

Well today is thursday 9th December. It started to snow here last Saturday week and since then we have had all kinds of awful weather and the roads and footpaths are still unpassable in our estate.
