England - East 2007

Hot and sunny, felt like summer. Went to allotment (which is sheltered anyway) with the idea of digging a new bed. Bad idea - too hot for digging but did some anyway. Sat in shed with door open to cool down - and it's only April!

I thought we were supposed to be the driest part of the country!! Heaven help everyone else so far this year. Today has been gorgeous, warm and sunny, but they are forecasting rain again tonight, with heavy rain tomorrow. This time last year I was praying for rain!!!

Well it's August, and today was definitely Summer. July was cooler and wetter than last year, I wonder what August will bring.
