Woke up this morning, took a look out of the bedroom window, 'oh no not again' yes youv'e guessed, rain, rain and more rain, so got back into bed. Washed all my ideas of the lotte right out of my head.
The thought of all that wasted, beautiful sunshine on Wednesdays and yesterday, now just a distant memory.
We were not able to get to the lotte on either of those days.
Damn, why does shopping/housework and repair men have to get in the way.
Appalling here, five fire engines pumping out houses in the village this morning, and school evacuated at lunchtime. Water beginning to reach buildings level, so praying it will stop before forecast (tomorrow morning)!
