After a cold but mostly sunny day yesterday, we are now back to cold, wet and windy (predicted 42mph today).
I had planted out the first half dozen tomato plants in the G/H about a week ago but am holding off on the rest just in case.
If you believe the BBC, their forecasting shows no frosts for the next 2 weeks (and Metcheck seems to agree) and by then it's the 21st May so maybe no more frosts this spring at all.
Keeping my fingers crossed as by then my spuds should be above ground and I don't fancy having to go round and cover all those up.
Was sunny this morning when we washed the GH then the rain started around 1-ish hasn't really stopped only a couple of times briefly. Had thunder same as MrB.
