Aurora Borealis anyone?

I’ve read one can be seen in the uk right now if you have cloudless sky!

I think Rary is probably ideally located?
Clear sky here, but nothing to see…I guess we are too far south.
There use to be a great map showing the actual distribution but I can’t find it.

Just read a report - but only one picture, so I haven't bothered sharing a link - that aurora borealis was visible as far south as Cornwall. More predicted for tonight. Hope some of you at least managed to see the phenomenon.

To much cloud last night, this evening its down to be light cloud so i might do better.

Apparently further south ( as in my case) it can look like light pollution from a nearby town.
Fingers crossed I get to see it tonight as I’ve never , ever seen one. Even when we were on holiday in the North of Sweden
