My son sent me a photo of his efforts yesterday- but said by the afternoon a dog had pinched its arms!

My granddaughter and I made this yesterday. He was still mostly intact this morning but now his head has fallen off

Only had a light dusting of snow early this morning. It was all gone by lunchtime
