Better not be a frost hereabouts now, everything is out in the plots already!!

Mind you it does depend which forecast you look at, some are showing down to 2 or 3 degrees over the weekend, others say no lower than 6 degrees! I'm hoping it will be the later, I'd be gutted to loose so much after soo much hard work!

      fear not Mrs Dobby,
The met office are forecasting a low of 6 for us lucky mancunians tonight. Quite windy though so that could make it feel colder
I reckon my outside plants will be ok as they have made it through the last 2 weeks of weather extremes without additional protection. All except my poor gherkin that is

Oh and we have found that to be the most reliable forecast here if it's just for the next 24hrs

Don't know what it was like outside but the greenhouse only got down to about 14oC so am guessing we were a long way off a frost.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

            What happened to GLOBAL WARMING???

It's really silly when we are having the possibility of Frost in JUNE!

I'm not being very nice here, but glad to see that its cold in the UK too. Here on the Canadian prairies we've been under frost watch almost every night this week. This is the worst spring I can remember.

I prefer to think of it as "Climate Change", then it's easier to accept the possibility than anything can happen - like husband driving up the M6 last night and being convinved he could see wisps of SNOW on the tops of the Howgills
