So went out to the car this morning . Bugger... no ice scraper aaaargh.
Had to try and use a bit of cardboard. First stop garage to buy ice scraper.

car said 0.5 deg this morning when I left.... took ages to scrape then got stuck in a traffic jam.... horse on the road

The shady parts here didn't defrost all day yesterday, despite the sunshine. Bladdy cold and very crispy today. Cold in here too - I actually went outside for ten minutes so it seemed warmer when I came back indoors. Currently sat here like a numpty with a skiers ear muff on and me Landy hat
