The snow has stopped here, everything is thawing rapidly, and it is peeing with rain

The ground underneath is frozen solid, and the roads were a bit dodgy yesterday evening when we went out. I really love the snow, but could do with a thaw now, as I haven't been able to earn a bean since the week before Crimbo!

              All gone now
A bad days fishing is still better than a good day at work!

Snow again! And the forecast for next week is no better really - OK it's not much - only an inch but it's enough to stop me doing anything useful. Really fed up now.

We had a good couple of inches overnight. Fortunately, sun's getting rid of a lot of it now, but I dread what it's going to be like when it's all melted!
Poor Maisie (our rescue Borzoi) is having probs, the snow compacts between her pads (she's got enormous feet, bless her!), so every time she goes out in the snow, she has to have her feet washed!

two inches overnight to run in this am.
After the winter we have had, two inches and -1C is positively warm... .

Grey mist all am , just brightened up now with bright sun.

I HATE February...and two months of running in really nasty cold weather with frost and ice makes me really a grumpy old man.. (says Mrs Madasafish)

Snow, rain, wind, snow, sun.....no wind, rain, snow....more snow, drizzle, sleet, snow snow.

And that's just the last hour. Yuk.
