Popped into the greenhouse this morning...21°C with the window left open all night.
While checking everything over I left the door open and the temperature increased to 23°C.
Tried and Tested...but the results are inconclusive

I love this Country when the weather is as it is right now. Guess that means I dislike it for most of the year though lol. Still, enjoying it whilst it lasts although wouldn't mind a downpour or two in the evenings

Yes, I agree, how great would it be to have sunshine all day and rain all night.... running out of water on lottie already and more heat forecast for next week ... bit of rain now please, just a quick heavy shower would be fine

                    • I like the rain for several reasons and I dearly hope we get some soon, but most of all I can't stand this heat. My plants are loving it but what's the use of healthy plants if this heat kills me before I get to eat them?

Next week is looking much better...if you can believe the weather forecasters

                      • I do like sunshine, but not too much. I have clay that is cracking akin to the arid tundra of a desert. All horrible and grey, rather than nice sooty black. Everyone else has lovely black soil. Meant to have a shower or two in brummieland today, so here's hoping.
