Damn nice location, Only problem is I would never get anything done, I would just be sat by the river probably with a beer, I bet when the weather is nice its lovely there
Its not really a flood though till it comes over the sides
and as you say in the vid, I think you'l be all right, a good metre to go and your garden looks a bit higher than the path, anyway I hope everything turns out ok

the river went down Ok - actually took these pictures before the one I posted from the 1st June where you will see that everything is fine.Comment
